Requirements for a 2 Week Uncontested Divorce in Virginia

At least one spouse has lived in Virginia for the last six months.
You and your spouse have been separated at least six months (no minor children) or one year (if you and your spouse have minor children).
Spouse must sign required documents with a notary.
Documents must be returned to office within two days.
